NOTICE OF NOMINATONS OF LOCAL 3 DELEGATES AND ALTERNATES TO THE 9^TH REGULAR CONVENTION OF THE UNITED FOOD AND COMMERICAL WORKERS INTERNATIONAL UNION (TO BE HELD April 24 – 28, 2023)

Date and Time for NOMINATIONS:

Monday, November 28, 2022 4:30 PM and 6:30PM

Location: All Saints Church, 230 E. 60^th Street, New York, NY

The Local 3 President is a delegate to the Convention by virtue of his election to office

To Be Nominated:   3 Delegates & 3 Alternates

Members may run for either Delegate or Alternate, but not both.

Eligibility Requirement for Delegates and Alternates: Candidate must be an active member of Local 3 who has been in continuous good standing in Local 3 and the UFCW for a Period of twelve months prior to April 24, 2023

Monday, December 19, 2022 at 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM

Location: All Saints Church, 230 E. 60^th Street, New York, NY

Candidates have the right to campaign and appear on the ballot as members of a slate.

Write-in Votes are prohibited.  Unopposed candidates will be deem elected by Acclamation.
